Platform / Solutions

The stack stays with you.

Two products, one discipline: put a durable data platform in the customer data centre, then automate the workflows that depend on it. The flagship offer for Tanzanian banks is automated Bank of Tanzania regulatory reporting.

Data platforms

We stand up the warehouse, the modelled reporting layer, and the jobs that keep them honest. The platform is a system you can operate — not a black-box dashboard we rent back to you.

  • Core banking and satellite sources in, one reporting layer out
  • Models with tests, documentation, and ownership
  • Orchestration so runs, retries, and lineage are visible

AI workflow automation

Once the data is trustworthy, we automate the work around it: exception queues, narrative drafts, reconciliations, and the bots that currently live in someone's inbox.

  • Automations bound to real tables, not screenshots
  • Human review where a regulator or a customer would expect it
  • No requirement to send production data to a public model host

Technologies we work with

Flagship pilot

Automated BOT returns — a 10–12 week fixed-price pilot.

Built for Tanzanian banks that still assemble returns by hand or through brittle spreadsheets. We extract, model, validate, and leave an audit trail. Then we hand the system over. Helios already runs at Exim Bank Tanzania.

01

Extract

Direct pulls from core banking and satellite systems — Oracle, SQL Server, and flat files. We do not ask the bank to become a SaaS tenant.

02

Model

A reporting layer built for BOT returns. Definitions finance and risk can read.

03

Validate

Rules fire before a file is allowed near the submit path. Failures are tickets with lineage, not Friday-night surprises.

04

Submit & audit

Reverse-ETL of the approved return, with a full trail from source row to submitted file. The same pattern already runs in production as Helios at Exim Bank Tanzania.

What you keep

Open-source stack. No licence fees.

The bank can take the platform in-house after handover and training. There is no warehouse tax and no requirement to keep paying us to see yesterday's numbers. If you want us to operate it, that is a separate conversation — not a lock-in clause.
