On-premise by default
Customer data stays in the customer data centre. We will not make a bank, a ministry, or a telco upload production tables to a warehouse we control. Remote work is fine. Remote custody of the data is not the default.
Approach
The method is conservative on custody and aggressive on shipping. Platforms are installed where the customer already keeps the crown jewels. The contract is a pilot with an end, not a meter that never stops.

02
An open-source stack. No licence fees hiding in year two. The same tools a competent internal team can hire for, extend, and eventually own without a migration project.
03
Lineage from source system to submitted file. Tests before publish. A log a supervisor can follow. If a number moved, we can say who, when, and from which extract.
04
A typical pilot is 10–12 weeks with a written scope, a price, and a handover. Training is part of the work. Time-and-materials fishing expeditions are not how we start.
